Flax and Food
Quick and easy ways to incorporate flaxseed into your diet.
You could just take it straight like my husband and myself.
Swallow one tablespoonful, followed by water. Then another spoonful, followed by water. One more tablespoon at bedtime. Don't forget the water. Water could be substituted with juice. I have even mixed it in juice for the kids. Sprinkle it on toast with peanut butter. You don't want to use a lot because it will change the texture. Sprinkle over salads, this is great. Flaxseed has a light nutty taste.
